Turbo Speed Mode Errors

Since the question add logic was changed (for the WAY better), two issues have crept into Turbo Speed Mode

1. Not all the Stems get correctly linked to the children, and so I have to go in and edit the segment to relink manually.
2. When the question number is changed by the user after it generates a new question, the "Question Number" field within the question itself doesn't change along with this
