unable to start-app following docs

im using python 3.13.3

after i run just setup im able to run just server

however running just falco start-app entries results in FileNotFoundError

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '17 objects imported automatically (use -v 2 for details).\n\nmyproject/settings.py'
error: Recipe `run` failed on line 48 with exit code 1
error: Recipe `falco` failed on line 85 with exit code 1

i even tried it by closing terminal and reopening it and doing hatch shell and then doing falco start-app entries

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'debug_toolbar'
