[Mobile] UI overlap on filter inputs #10

Summary
On mobile viewport (models.litellm.ai), the filter section shows a layout issue where elements overlap or are cut off.
- Go to https://models.litellm.ai on mobile (or resize browser to mobile width)
- Scroll to the filter section with "Min Output Tokens" field
- Observe the input fields have visual overlap/clipping

Suggestion
- Add responsive CSS for the filter inputs on mobile
- Consider stacking the filter fields vertically on small viewports
- Or use a collapsible filter panel for mobile
