The error "Invalid content for node paragraph: <image>" is a ProseMirror schema validation error. It occurs when an image node appears inside a paragraph node's content, but the schema defines image as a block-level node (not inline).

Root Cause

In packages/tiptap/src/shared/extensions/index.ts:94-95, the Image extension is configured with inline: false:

In markdown, ![alt](url) within a paragraph is parsed as inline — but the TipTap schema treats images as block-level, so this creates invalid JSON.

2. TypeScript-side md2json (packages/tiptap/src/shared/utils.ts:25-42): Uses @tiptap/markdown's MarkdownManager.parse() which may also produce inline images within paragraphs.

• Loading from disk (Rust): plugins/fs-db/src/ext.rs:68 calls hypr_tiptap::md_to_tiptap_json when loading session content.
• Loading from disk (TS): apps/desktop/src/store/tinybase/persister/session/load/note.ts:33 calls md2json when loading notes.
• Auto-enhance: apps/desktop/src/hooks/autoEnhance/runner.ts:88 calls md2json on LLM-generated markdown, which could contain inline images.

3999921 — refactor(tiptap): switch to official @tiptap/extension-image with block-level images (#3321) changed images to block-level but did not update the Rust-side markdown→tiptap converter to handle this.

The test test_image in crates/tiptap/src/lib.rs:194-216 constructs an image node inside a paragraph's content — which is actually invalid per the current TipTap schema.

Likely trigger

A user's session content (raw memo or enhanced note) contains a markdown image (![...](...)) within a paragraph. When this gets converted to TipTap JSON and loaded into the editor, the image node ends up inside a paragraph, causing the schema validation crash.

Potential fix directions

1. Fix the Rust converter (crates/tiptap/src/from_md.rs): When an Image node is encountered inside a paragraph (in convert_inline_node), it should be "lifted" out of the paragraph to become a sibling block node, or the paragraph should be split around it.
2. Fix the TS md2json: Ensure MarkdownManager.parse() output is post-processed to extract block-level images from paragraphs.
3. Add validation/sanitization: Before calling editor.commands.setContent(), validate and fix the JSON structure (the existing validateJsonContent in schema-validation.ts could be extended to auto-fix rather than just detect).
