Replace Skype ID on user profile with Microsoft Teams ID

Description:

Currently, the user profile section includes a field for Skype ID. As Skype is now deprecated and our organization has moved to Microsoft Teams for communication, this field should be replaced with a Microsoft Teams ID instead.

Proposed Changes:

Replace the Skype ID label with Microsoft Teams ID on the user profile page.
