What's the feature?

I would love to access Fern Writer via API so I can bake it into workflows outside of Slack.

Any alternatives?

I could set up a Slack channel as an intermediary, but that would be very messy.

I am also looking for this!

We would like to be able to call the Fern Writer from automated workflows. One example would be firing off the Fern Writer every time (or with some additional expressability to filter events or limit them to avoid too much volume) a human provides feedback about gaps in our docs. The result of the automated workflow would be a generated PR that serves as a jumping off point for human review

In this case we would prefer an API-first approach so machine-to-machine use cases are better served (ideally via typescript-first node.js SDK) but could probably get things working as well via CLI. But would need to be able to run autonomously/async in a remote hosted environment, not just locally
