Feature: Add command line arguments when making a shortcut #18098

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?
When making a shortcut you cant add command line arguments like you can on Windows from within the files app.
Numerous windows and non windows programs such as Shutdown.exe Chrome and even VLC take a number of command line arguments normally but not within the Files app.
Requirements
allow command line arguments when creating a shortcut to match windows functionality
