No sound from MixCloud plugin #1

Hi Chris - well done on all your work creating this plugin. I have installed as directed and the files appeared to be playing (my favourites are displayed, progress bar indicates the track is playing) however I do not get any sound whatsoever. I have turned volume to max and tried all manner of tweaks but no success. Is this something you have encountered before? Any suggestions as to what might help it work? Many thanks for considering this.
