Ability to restore a tab if closed by mistake

Currently, if you `:close` the last window, the tab is also closed, thus losing valuable flow. Add a command to restore the previously closed tab.

Information that needs to be restored:

- cwd of the tab
- which buffers were viewed
- window information, e.g. cursor position
