User Create New: client id '165xxx' not supported by current license

Hi there,
interesting project.
I am facing an exception:
12-29 11:08:54.060 24743-24766/com.rucksack.automusic.debug W/System.err: com.gracenote.gnsdk.GnException: User Create New: client id '165xxxMYID' not supported by current license.
I have entered all the informations in the GnService.java correctly and checked them many times.

With the same data I could create a user with the web API:

Ohh, I saw that you has reported this issue directly to Gracenote support community, but as you can see, their support is not very good. Testing your credentials, I have the same error and rely on their community support may take since a week to many months(or years), so I suggest you to create a new app in Gracenote and replace current credentials with news or leave the community plan and take for another paid plan (Accelerator or Enterprise) to get better support from them; I did a test and created a new app for testing purposes and everything gone fine.

Maybe is a problem from Gracenote, I create a New app in community plan and everything gone fine, if you purchased a accelerator plan maybe they could answer back soon. I test the credentials You sent me, but I had the same problem, I had this problem previously with other credentials, but I solved creating a New app. Did You create Your account with Facebook? Or by email? When I create the fiesta app that failed after some time, I had registered with my Facebook account, misteriously, When app failed, I could not login even in Gracenote platform.
