Cannot read properties of undefined (Program Enrollment)

Overview:
When initiating a Program Enrollment for a student

Replication

1. Create Student Applicant
2. Approve student applicant
3. Click to enroll student
4. Program enrollment opens
5. When creating a row in the "Courses" table and clicking on "Course" to select a course
6. Nothing happens i.e. no drop down of available course

Observation:
When opening the browser console , an error is displayed
Uncaught type error : Cannot read properties of undefined

Expected behavior
When selecting "Program" on Program enrollment, the courses for that program must auto-load
into the "Courses" table of Program Enrollment. This does not happen
When selecting the "Course" column in the "Courses" table, a drop-down of available courses must appear. This does not happen

Actions taken:
Refactored the code for the "courses_add" trigger in "Program Enrollment Course". This is in program_enrollment.js
Will submit PR.
