When interacting with modal components (such as the Reset Modal, or any modal
demonstrated in the Storybook) from @freecodecamp/ui within a desktop Chrome
browser, a brief "flash" of the main page's scrollbar occurs upon closing the
modal.

Possible Workaround:
One potential workaround involves modifying the Dialog style and/or the
full-screen container element within the modal to explicitly set overflow:
hidden.
