Build options?

This builds and runs successfully on Armbian, but I haven't been able to figure out how to configure the build options. Things like -hres -vres -speed -drives etc.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ah, those options are hardcoded :-). I haven't touched this repo in quite a while, and should probably merge upstream patches.
