[FR] Starter Pack

This FR does not require any code changes, although there could be an option provided in the UI that would download Starter Pack files to make the feature more accessible to users.

It may be helpful to create a bundle of preconverted GGUF models so that new adopters can more easily start using the application. This bundle could be hosted on Huggingface.co for free in both individual and zipped format.

Potential sources of inspiration for the most relevant models to make available in any such Starter Pack may include:

• The FooocusPlus presets, especially the new 4GB SDXL checkpoints that @DavidDragonsage has recently added
• The Fooocus-Lite Realistic preset, which includes SDXL checkpoints hand-selected by @brayevalerien for quality
• Civitai's database, set to Type = Checkpoint, TimePeriod = Month, BaseModel = SD1, to identify current go-to SD1.5 models
• The InvokeAI Starter Models list
• The Nexa AI models hub

The downloadable Zip file would include the default folder structure to allow for easy integration with the GUI.
