Nickname Char Length

Hey, just wanted to ask a quick question to check if it's possible to unrestrict or at least increase the character length for nicknames. Currently it seems to be 16 characters including minimessage formatting so players can't really nickname themselves. Anything that could be improved with this?

You can increase the 12 number for %s input string argument.

I have introduced a new nickname constraints option for this purpose.
