Chat rate limit not enforced after reaching configured limit #166
Description
After configuring the chat rate limit through the Admin interface (set to $1 daily), I started using Amplify and noticed that although the cost value updated correctly, the system did not stop me from continuing to use the chat once the limit was reached. In fact, it allowed usage beyond the defined threshold.
I was testing using an admin user. Additionally, we tried with different accounts (Manage Accounts section) and observed the same behavior.
