Import Center for Phage Technology Galaxy-Apollo training materials

We have a number of tutorials in Galaxy Training format that we use for teaching classes, and we'd like to submit them to be hosted on the main Galaxy Training site. These were hosted on our own server for a long time, so the fork they're running on is about 8 years old I think. They might need formatting and other updates to be compatible with the current version of Galaxy Training, and also updates to the directory structure. I will submit a PR for one tutorial folder for feedback.

@jasonjgill love to hear it! tutorials from an 8 year old fork will likely require a fair bit of reformatting, especially to the boxes. Good that you are starting with one tutorial, then we can evaluate what is needed. How many tutorials do you have in total? If many it may be worth automating some of the conversion and I can help with this 👍

We will have 15 or 20 altogether, we use these for teaching so they cover some background and theory in addition to the mechanics of operating Galaxy/Apollo. The whole repo is here: https://github.com/TAMU-CPT/training-material/tree/master.

Pretty much everything is in tutorial.md files, we didn't use a lot of advanced features so I'm hoping if we just merge the topic subdirectories the markdown will still mostly work with a bit of reformatting. I have some helpers here who can also do editing, etc.
