Create a page that calls the BE GET api "/homepage"
the api returns a json object with all the sections of the page inside, each section has an array of elements that must be displayed in the various sections.

the structure must be organized like this:
header (background image with devfest logo + title)
Schedule
Info + photo
Partners
Tickets
