[Bug]: Event duplication

Description

There are a lot of duplicate events on the Queer Leeds instance from Flamingos Coffee House. There's a screenshot of one of the events below. Note that some recur, some don't, so maybe the duplicates are in the source calendar. Some, but not all, of their other events are duplicated in the same way.

It might be helpful to assume that source calendar data may not be the cleanest and explicitly dedupe over partner, event name, and location during sync

Steps to reproduce

• go to https://www.queerleeds.lgbt/events/2026/2/26?period=week&sort=time&repeating=on
• observe the very large number of duplicates

No duplicates

ooooof i see what you mean, eeek! ill have a look at this next week

i do think we get into difficult territory when we take responsibiltiy for cleaning up bad source data tho - it gets very zero sum very quickly. perhaps an enableable experimental de-dupe option at the calendar level wouldnt be a bad idea tho.
