[Bug]: Adding new Partner - Problems entering County and Postcodes #2970

Hi, couple of issues that have appeared as a result of recent updates; Service areas it is only showing Tyne and Wear as the county but it needs to also include Northumberland, County Durham, Darlington, Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland. I have groups in most of these areas that I have previously added. Also the county durham postcode isn't working. Please can you let me know when there is a fix, as I'm working on this again.
