[Bug]: Reoccuring events are jumping by an hour over DST shifts

Description

Look at https://manchester.placecal.org/partners/geeks-for-social-change?sort=time&period=future&repeating=on

All events after 30 March are forwards one hour
Then on 25th Oct they go back

Confirmed those are DST shifts on https://www.gov.uk/when-do-the-clocks-change

I understand from previous comments these are individual events expanded from a RRULE so I guess the RRULE expansion is not happening in local UK timezone.

What you expected to happen

All events of the same type are at the same hour throughout the year

i actually suspect this is an issue with discord events which we are using as our canonical source - is this replicable on other ical endpoints?

I don't think I have enought access to be able to find another ical point and be sure it has the same reoccuring data in the backend so I don't think I can say, sorry.

It appears to be in UTC timezone so it makes sense that when converted to UK time we see that jump.

I have never set up an event in Discord before - is it possible to choose which timezone you want when doing so?

OK just found a server I have permission to make Discord events on and no, you don't get to choose the Timezone. So this is probably a Discord issue.
