Some songs and SFX don't work properly

With Geode installed, a few dozen mods of which included Jukebox, a few songs and also SFX don't work. I've checked the files themselves in File Manager and the Audio files play sound, yet the game doesn't. I don't hear any added custom sound effects inside levels, and for songs like Flamewall, they don't play, yet when I alt tab or click out of the game, I suddenly hear them all play at once. Does anyone know how to fix it?

One thing I noticed is that since using Geode, I have the songs downloaded after installing Geode in a seperate folder, it's only like 6 songs.

Also my wave trail doesn't pulse anymore, so I had to manually thicken it to play better.

Have you tried loading Geode in safe mode to see if it works there?
