Not working properly in Moodle 3.6 and in 3.8+

Issues noticed:

1. While creating a new Assignment, under Submission type, the item: or use a ggb-file Drag and drop a GeoGebra file anywhere on the GeoGebra Applet section, when enabled, not able to save. Showing the error:
   error/No Applet loaded! Check if URL is correct and if you see an applet after choosing a link or (re)loading the applet

2. When the student tries to submit, the Geogebra applet is not showing the Input bar. But able to use by placing an item from the toolbar ( eg. a point ), and can edit the equation from the left pane. On saving the item, during evaluation, the applet is showing the initial view, ie. not showing the saved item.
