Add functionality to give a user interface "tour" like jupyterlab-tour #1078
Description
Use case
Some users might not be familiar with GIS tool user interfaces, or may be thrown by differences between our user interface and that of their favorite GIS tool.
Preferred solution
Add button or help menu item that triggers a guided tour of the UI, highlighting key elements with explanatory text.

I think we should not try and show this guided tour without the user asking for it, like some webapps do :)
