Docs link in README broken

In the README, it mentions docs are at https://geojupyter.github.io/jupytergis but that is returning a 404 for me.

I'm updating the link in #451

The docs was migrated to https://jupytergis.readthedocs.io some time ago now, but the Github pages was still around for some reason.

In order to reduce maintenance burden I removed the Github pages docs build, hence the 404. We could revive the Github pages by having a page that merely redirects to our readthedocs deployment. But I'm not sure I see the value in this.

Sorry, missed this was being updated in #451 and I found the correct docs in the side-bar :) - I don't think any redirects are necessary - I just saw the 404 so filed the issue. If it's already being addressed in #451 I can close this to reduce noise.

Here's the solution we applied for earthaccess when we moved the docs to RTD: https://github.com/nsidc/earthaccess/tree/gh-pages

It's quick to implement and low maintenance. But then again, I doubt anyone has bookmarked our old docs page :)

What annoys me is that GitHub now shows on the front page of the repo a link to a "deployment" that points to a 404 page.

So the redirect page may make sense.
