Generate API docs from `jupytergis` instead of `jupytergis_lab`

Users who install jupytergis may be confused about importing things from jupytergis_lab; also, we write example code that imports from jupytergis, which our API docs don't cover. However, this causes problems with the jupyterlite integration tests. See #340 (comment)
