Did HEMCO of GEOSChem version 14.6.3 include MEIC inventory in China

Recently, I am figuring whether and how MEIC inventory could be added in Geoschem by modify the code in HEMCO config file. I noticed that the result of the previous relevant discussion content was that MEIC was not included in the current GEOS-chem emission inventory because the data was obtained upon request. However, in the paper published by Lin et al. (https://gmd.copernicus.org/articles/14/5487/2021/) on the emission components of HEMCO3.0, it is clearly stated that the MEIC inventory was used for China's emission list, and HEMCO3.0 was applied to GEOSChem. So, what is the actual situation?

Thanks for writing @githubpanzhaoyang. We have not received permission from the MEIC developers to include that with the standard set of emissions that we host online for GEOS-Chem. You can certainly reach out to the developers and ask their permission to download the data for your own research, though.

Thanks @yantosca . I have already get the MEIC data. Then, I am not sure how to integrate it in HEMCO. I want to optimize the PM2.5 simulation in the Chinese region based on the MEIC list, but I'm not sure which of the above species should be taken into consideration; and the MEIC directly includes the emission of PM2.5, which is different from the simulation method in GEOSChem where various organic and inorganic components are summed up. I would be extremely grateful if you could offer some assistance.
