The theme is not compatible with version 2023.1.4.

Description of bug

Plugin 'Omni Theme' (version '0.1.7') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 222.* or older but the current build is PS-231.9225.18

I recently updated the IntelliJ version to IntelliJ IDEA 2024.3.1.1.
And when trying to install this Omni plugin, it gets an incompatibility error again.
Could you make a new version of this plugin available?
