cant login bito in vscode

I cant login bito in vscode as the sign in textbox totally can not input anything.
It keeps can not input/copy paste,drag any text in it.
Although I've finished the sign up on website,I still stuck in the editor and can not use the plugin.

could you check whether there is code block the inputbox and cancle the restrict so I can continue.
using vscode 1.89.1,all latest version.
no any error,just can not input my e mail into it.

I've input once on web to sign up an account,but seems I should sign in in vscode to activated,I dont know why I cant input and the box is just blocked.The cursor is blinking and the textbox could get focused,but just can not input.

Can you please check the Bito version once? Please confirm if you are on the latest version 1.3.3?

For capture logs please follow below steps -

1. Open VS code and then open developer tools by Help --> Toggle Developer Tools.
2. Open Bito and then, got to Toggle Developer Tools --> Console --> Right click and use menu "Save as".

I uninstall the copoilot and this is the error(reply from email seems didn't keep the current layout or format)

In the logs, we see below exceptions -

1. Copilot related exception
2. Bito exception - For unlink 'c:\Users\Administrator.bito\profile\lock.txt'.

Other than this there is no other prominent exception. Can we connect on a call to look at the exception?

I also can't login, after a few restarts I can, and when I restart VSC I get logged out; really not great.

2. Are you suing VS code with SSH or WSL ?
3. are you using Copilot?
4. Can you share logs using below command -
