promt or agent

i have a big concern after we have custom agent and agent skill.
Before i use promt to define a action and steps by steps to achive that goal.
But now i feel like it should be in agent define workflow and choose the skill.

Determining which method of customisation to use can be a tricky thing to determine, here's how I think about each the relationship between agents, prompts and skills.

• agent: The persona or role that will be undertaken by the AI, eg: API Architect
• prompt: The task that I want the AI to undertake, eg: Create an ASP.NET Minimal API with OpenAPI spec
• skill: The knowledge specifically required to perform a task, eg: Microsoft Code Reference

These don't need to be used all together, but when combined, it can help really tightly guide the AI in the pathway that you want it to go.
