Vim like navigation in the /help menu #1278

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve
As a terminal user, I expect certain shortcuts to work when I see the interface of the /help command. The j/k keys to scroll and q key to quit. Is it possible to add these shortcuts wherever applicable? Currently pressing any key quits the /help menu.
This will help make navigation easy for seasoned terminal users - giving them the ability to use the shortcuts they are used to.
