Is it possible to pass custom header that LLM gateways (AIGateways might need) - copilot says its not

The Copilot SDK only supports ApiKey (sent as Bearer) and BearerToken (also Bearer). There's no way to send custom headers like │
│ Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key.
