Feature Request: Measure payload before sending to make sure it's under the 2k limit

I hit the 2k limit without realizing it and the only way I found out was by pulling the logs from the TRMNL device website. It'd be handy if the plugin could do a byte count and trigger an error before sending if it's going to hit the limit.
