Consider a more sophisticated approach to merging data

Right now the process for merging data from the techpowerup source and videocard benchmark source is a bit rough. Consider

• Merging multiple matching cards from each source into a single description
• Filter assumed matches based on cpu, memory, and clock information
• Extrapolate trend lines based on all data when trying to derive performance scores and a gpu has no data.
