FormatVersion XML Verification Error

Hey folks,

with the gldf.NET XMLFileValidation I get exception errors.
Either with my own created XML or with the examples you provide in globallightingdata/examples and on gldf.io

On my file i get:
Failed to get FormatVersion XML element

on the Philips example:
Der angeforderte Wert "V100-rc1" konnte nicht gefunden werden.
Or
Failed to get FormatVersion XML element

Might be an xsd error?
