tencentcr: Test_adapter_FetchArtifacts has no test cases

The unit test Test_adapter_FetchArtifacts in
src/pkg/reg/adapter/tencentcr/artifact_registry_test.go defines the test
structure but does not include any actual test cases.

This was written way before me. We can discuss this in the next community meeting, feel free to bring this up in slack - others might help with this

@kofj Please take a look at this. I believe we should add comprehensive test cases for this unit test, as it would be meaningless otherwise. cc @intojhanurag Contributions are welcome if you are willing, but please ensure you have verified your work beforehand.
