This is just a patch release to fix a couple of bugs from r39.

• image preview gets stuck on loading... #2287
• [BUG] write unix lf.*.sock: write broken pipe #2288

As for the near future, the TUI package Tcell has recently released a new major version, which we will be looking to migrate to. As it is a new major version, there are some breaking changes in the Tcell API, however there is a open PR #2286 for this already which should address these issues.
