Investigate whether we can get rid of numpy as a dependency in the python package

Note: onnxruntime currently depends on numpy anyways, but getting rid of an explicit dependency has its own advantages, such as simplifying our pyproject and reduce version conflict possibilities with onnxruntime and/or whatever project is integrating with magika.
