## Display CAL information in the check list

Make CAL information visible for existing checks to improve discoverability and debugging.

- Consume updated `/check/list` response including CAL metadata
- Decide UI on where CALs are displayed:
    - Column in check list?
    - Tooltip / expandable row?
    - Only in check details?
