Wasm parse error

When a manifest isn't dowloaded correctly we get the following error:

wasm parse error: Unexpected EOF (at offset 38943), status: true, cid: Qmc1j2vhmtgXxesPuYEwxxdDAexid2NEqBafUxkeqidUQD, id: cb2a78a78b036019babe7be85650618aa64036c3d79aa757bb04ca266ba1dafe

When we detect a parse error we should compare the cid with the downloaded manifest hash to verify if we were able to download the file correctly.
