DJV 3 - Minify Linear shows resize artefacts

DO:

• load a suitable file
• make sure TOOLS > VIEW > OPTIONS > MINIFY is set to Linear
• set zoom to i.e. 0.25

HAPPEN:

• edge artefacts (less than with "Nearest", but still very obvious)

SHOULD:

• no edge artefacts

NOTES: I am not that familiar with resizing algorithms, but I would have expected a better result.

Those are just the basic OpenGL resizing algorithms, but doing a quick search it looks like there might be some options for better quality:

• Using mipmaps
• Using custom filters: https://developer.nvidia.com/gpugems/gpugems2/part-iii-high-quality-rendering/chapter-20-fast-third-order-texture-filtering

I could also add an option to snap the zoom to integer values which might help.
