What happened?
Codex App can't run gsd plan phase correctly:
Starting gsd-plan-phase 8.1 now. I’ll load the plan workflow and validate phase 8.1 state first, then I’ll run research/planning/verification loop and generate the PLAN.md output in the new phase directory.
Phase 8.1 has no local context file yet, so I’m running the full plan-phase init and phase validation now; then I’ll ask you for the required workflow choice (continue without context vs run discuss-phase first).
gsd-tools flagged the roadmap as malformed because the inserted detail headers were 08.1 format while the phase list uses 8.1. I’m fixing those headings/dependency references now so planning can proceed.
Proceeding with research for 8.1 now. I’m spawning gsd-phase-researcher to produce 08.1-RESEARCH.md focused on regression stabilization scope and practical investigation targets.
gsd-phase-researcher role isn’t available in this runtime, so I’m falling back to a default sub-agent with the same researcher instructions and output contract.
