Problem or motivation
Sometimes I forget if I've run discuss before plan or don't remember the phase number that I'm on in a specific tab.
Proposed solution
Would be nice to have a gsd:next command that automatically did the next open thing in the roadmap.
Alternatives considered
I considered being more mindful of the context, or paying more attention before running /clear
