For discuss phase question?

Is it me or does it feel like when you run discuss phase it's supposed to ask the user question for each discuss phase or is it supposed to take from when did you first discussion and use it for all the phase discussion in a milestone?

Okay hopefully he pushing that fix so this doesn't keep happening, because its hard to tell if the quality of the plans are degraded or not

I also appreciate such fix. I think that plans quality can be definitely degraded due to this bug.
