Remove unsupported snaplinks check

There used to exist fronts containing snaplinks which were unsupported by DCR. This doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Kibana shows there are no fronts with unsupported snaplinks apart from email fronts but these won't be rendered by DCR anyway because they also have unsupported collections.

This ticket is to remove the relevant check from FaciaPicker. There's no need for it anymore.
