Creative builder is not working

hi, im using mod version 1.12+ version 0.1.37. I dont know how to build a working reactor because the mod is so new so i saw a creative builder. When i pressed build it only builds 1 block for each time you press it. But it wont build it completely either, it only builds part of the multiblock or remove the creative builder itself.
