MCP Server Version always 0.2

Problem Statement

Today, the extension always pulls hashicorp/terraform-mcp-server:0.2 but the latest release is 0.3.2. New tools have been added since 0.2. Can there be a way to configure which version of the MCP server?

In the future, I either want the latest Terraform MCP server release, or a setting to configure the release version.

Expected User Experience

I would be able to see that the latest MCP server image has been downloaded, or the image version that corresponds to the version I entered in settings

Proposal

I understand that specifying the version in the mcpServer.ts (see line 107) offers stability and predictability, however it would be better to allow the user to set the version.

Until it's upgrade, you can still manually configure the MCP with the latest docker image and use it on vs-copilot
