Problem about rotation matrix rot mode

I would like to know what is the purpose of rotproj layer at:

manopth/manopth/manolayer.py

Line 165 in 4f1dcad

th_pose_rots = rotproj.batch_rotprojs(th_pose_coeffs)

In axis-angle rot mode, you don't use this layer after convert axis-angle into rotation matrix.
