Create Kubernetes Event, when rate-limit is reached

TL;DR

We would like to see a Kubernetes Event, when rate-limit was reached.

Expected behavior

This behavior is from (our) Syself ccm - and we want to switch from our ccm to hcloud ccm.

Are you open for a PR for that feature?

Hey @guettli, this sounds reasonable to me. Did you already think of some implementation detail. Which Kubernetes object should the event appear on? I assume the HCCM deployment. Do you have thought about rate-limiting the amount of times an event itself is dispatched?

@lukasmetzner afaik our ccm does that, when it hits the rate-limit for the first time. Then the controller is in "rate-limit" state until its over. So I think that the event does not get triggered again and again. I will look into that when creating the PR.
