Feature to reset the set up limit for the device

The app currently allows users to limit speed within the network, but it lacks an option to revert to the default settings. As a result, users must disconnect and reconnect the device each time to restore default settings.

To improve usability, the following changes are recommended:

• Provide a direct option to reset speed limits to the default configuration without needing to disconnect the device.
• Ensure that speed limits remain active for specific devices by remembering their MAC Address or IP (not recommended, as IP addresses can frequently change). This way, limits remain in place even if the device disconnects and reconnects.

Hello,
disabling the limit function from the context menu releases the target device from speed limitation without disconnecting it.
Currently, the app uses a timeout functionality when a device is disconnected so it doesn't do extra work for non-existing devices.
I'll consider remembering MAC addresses for timed-out devices for the next release.
